It’s important to understand what Acurium do and how we do it. Our clients invariably come to us with a healthcare problems and want help to find the most appropriate solution.

It may be a just quick query or it could be a very complex ask. Our first job is to listen and fully understand the brief. Then we can get to work, finding the right clinician, therapist, coach, team, clinic or hospital to look after you.

Our Process

Client makes an enquiry

The first step on this journey is for clients to reach out and make contact. We can be contacted by telephone or email, the details of which can be found on our Contact page. We'll get back to you just as soon as we possibly can.

Understanding the brief

We will contact you back to arrange a no obligation telephone or video conversation. We might have to ask you some fairly detailed questions to understand exactly what your circumstances are and what you are looking for. We will also give you an indication of the cost anticipated. In most cases you will only have to commit to 1 hour fee to begin with.

Complete registration

Once deciding to proceed, clients will be directed back to the Acurium website to complete a Registration Form with all the basic contact information. Clients will be asked to consent to sharing data with the clinicians. therapists and coaches that they are being introduced to. They will also be asked to agree to Acurium's Terms and Conditions of Business.

Make payment

We will arrange for payment to be made usually via BACS. We will issue a receipt on completion of payment.

We get to work

As soon as payment as been received, we get to work putting the information together for our clients.

Reporting our recommendations

Once we have completed our research, we will arrange a follow up conversation with our clients, offering solutions and recommendations. There may have several options to consider so we will always put them in writing via email so that you can easily reference them again at any point.
